Our ENTE restaurant has been local Wiesbaden institution for some 30 years. ENTE is a gourmet restaurant whose popularity has spread further afield than the state capital to the entire Rhine-Main region and beyond. Since 1979 the Michelin restaurant critics have without a break awarded the ENTE a coveted Michelin star. The restaurant's young head chef, Michael Kammermeier, presents his very own interpretation of exquisite, straightforward classic European cuisine with a very personal touch.
